Q1:2026 Release Highlights

We’re kicking off the new quarter at Intellicon with our first improvement already live. This marks the start of a focused rollout of enhancements and optimizations planned over the coming weeks. Here’s a look at what’s been delivered so far — and what’s coming next. 👇

💡 Improvements

• Implemented Auto-Populate team member on ticket Creation. When a user opens the Create Ticket form, the Team Member field will now automatically populate with the logged-in user’s name, reducing manual selection and speeding up ticket creation. Controlled via a new admin setting named "tickets_auto_assign_to_creator" ensuring backward compatability with existing ticketing workflows.
