📄️ Leads (Our Ghost Module)
The Leads feature allows agents and admins to capture, track, and manage potential customers directly inside IntelliDesk. Leads can be created manually or ingested automatically through integrated channels (web forms, campaigns, etc.). Each lead has customizable fields that can be configured by the Admin.
📄️ Lead Filters
IntelliSale allows you to create and save filters in the Leads tab to quickly narrow down and manage your leads. Filters can be saved for repeated use and even combined to apply multiple conditions at once.
