Release Notes v3.0.38
๐ New Featuresโ
- You can now easily assign multiple tickets to an agent at once, as long as they belong to the same pipeline. Simply select them from the table view and use the new bulk update modal to choose a team or agent.
- The email module in the Inbox has been completely revamped with a modern, component-based architecture. Built using Ant Design and custom hooks, the update improves performance, ensures scalability, and enhances the overall user experience within the email channel.
- Redesigned the left panel structurally using reusable components to streamline UI logic across My Inbox and Team Inbox while keeping all existing functionalities intact. Improved structure for better accessibility and scalability.
- Weโve integrated TikTok webhooks with Intelliconโs backend to support real-time delivery of post comments and lead form submissions. While these interactions are not yet visible in the Inbox UI (planned for Phase 2), the system successfully receives, logs, and parses all TikTok webhook events, laying the foundation for full channel support in upcoming releases.
- Added new filters to Contacts and Accounts in the Address Book, allowing users to filter profiles based on assigned Products and their Keys.
- Upgraded form builder using reusable components. The new form builder comes with an improved UI using reusable components, enhanced field validations, lead/contact ownership controls, and customer-company dependency handling. This upgrade ensures a consistent and scalable experience when creating or editing records across the platform.
- Improved "What's New" button in Intellicon to make it more prominent and discoverable.
๐ก Improvementsโ
- Improved the campaign creation flow to support launching campaigns with multiple WhatsApp templates. Users can now create and initiate campaigns smoothly without facing restrictions when using more than one template.
- In "Group by Report" in Reports module, the IVR Hangup column now correctly reflects calls ended during the IVR flow across both Contact Center and Campaign Dialer reports.
- Added a โRemove Previous Tagsโ checkbox for Shopify private apps. Users can now choose whether to append new tags or replace existing ones when syncing from Intellicon. You can find the admin setting for this at Intellicon >> Admin >> Settings >> Integrations >> Actions.
- Improved the search functionality in the Agent Stats table in Dashboard module to ensure it now displays only relevant results based on the entered keyword on the frontend.
- Added a stage-based popup modal when changing pipeline stages in the lead form. The popup displays all required and optional fields for that stage. Unsaved changes trigger a revert to the previous stage, and previously entered values are retained when navigating back. This improves form accuracy and user control during pipeline transitions.
๐ Bug Fixesโ
- Fixed an issue where editing the subject or recipient fields in the email reply editor would reset upon clicking the ellipsis to view the previous thread. The fields now retain their values as expected.
- Fixed an issue where the Engaged Card count was subtracting twice due to a duplicate wrap-up event. The engaged card now correctly displays the count in Dashboard module.
