Dashboard Permissions
Access to dashboards in Intellicon is permission-based to ensure data security and role-based visibility.
Who Can Access Dashboards?
Only users with Administrator roles can access the Dashboard tab and manage dashboards.
Data Visibility Rules
Even though administrators can view and create dashboards, the data shown in each widget follows strict visibility logic:
- Admins will only see data from the queues they are part of.
- If a widget (Card, Table, Chart) is configured to pull data from queues the admin doesn't belong to, it will return no results.
- This ensures each user only sees what they're authorized to see — even on shared dashboards.
⚠️ Important Notes
caution
Even as an admin, you won't see metrics from queues you're not explicitly part of. Always double-check your assigned queues if data appears to be missing.

To update queue participation, contact your system owner or update user roles via the Admin Panel.
